Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
If you cancel less than 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Reschedule Policy
We ask that you please reschedule 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
You are only allowed TWO reschedules before forfeiting your deposit and/or any sale price.
If the sale is limited to a certain week/month the reschedule appointment has to be within that certain time to still receive sale.
If deposit has already been placed and you have yet to make your reschedule appointment, you must book your reschedule appointment within the 30 days to keep your deposit.
You cannot use your reschedule to book a sale price instead. You will forfeit your deposit and must rebook to access sale.
No Show Policy
No shows are not tolerated
and will be charged a no show fee of $100.
No showing to an 8 week touch up appointment will also be charged a no show fee.
If you are 15 minutes late to your scheduled time, please contact me prior letting me know. You may have to reschedule your appointment. If I do not hear from you prior and you are 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no show.
8 Week Touch-up Policy
As part of your “New Client Microblading” session you receive a complimentary 8 week touch up.
This appointment must be with 6-12 weeks after your initial session date.
Any touch-up appointments after 12 weeks will be forfeiting your complimentary touch up. You may still have your touch up session but a touch-up fee of $150 will be applied.
After *12 week touch-ups* are only from 13 weeks to 22 weeks.
